You acknowledge and agree that any and all companies affiliated with NY BioMagnetic Therapy 369 are not responsible for payment of any refunds by any licensed members for seminars or classes you have taken directly from those third parties. You agree that your sole remedy against any of the licensed members is subject to each individual members refund policy and the local, state or federal laws where that member practices.

You acknowledge and agree that you will make your own decisions in what NY BioMagnetic Therapy 369 teacher, member or practitioner you sign up with and will investigate that member or practitioner at own risk. You acknowledge and agree that you shall have a duty to report any concerns you have with any of the NY BioMagnetic Therapy 369 licensed teachers, practitioners, and/or members as set forth herein.

Notices to you may be made via e-mail or regular mail. Notices from you to NY BioMagnetic Therapy 369 may also be made via e-mail or regular mail.
